2014 ആഗസ്റ്റ് മാസം 20,21,22ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ശ്രീ താമരശ്ശേരി വിനോദ് പണിക്കരുടെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിൽ നാട്ടുകാരുടെയും ക്ഷേത്ര ഊരാളകുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളുടെയുംസാന്നിധ്യത്തിൽ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ വച്ച് അഷ്ടമംഗല്യപ്രശ്നം നടത്തുകയും പലകുറവുകളും ഉള്ളതായി കാണുകയും ചെയ്തു. മേൽകണ്ടകുറവുകൾ നീക്കി വിധിയാംവണ്ണം ക്ഷേത്രാചാരങ്ങളും പൂജാധികർമങ്ങളും നടത്തുന്നതിനായി ക്ഷേത്ര നവീകരണ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കു തുടക്കം കുറിച്ചു
ആയതിന്റെ പ്രാരംഭമായി പരിഹാരക്രിയകളും ഹോമങ്ങളും, ക്ഷേത്രം തന്ത്രിതന്ത്രിരത്നംഅണ്ടലാടി ശ്രീ പരമേശ്വരൻ നമ്പൂതിരിപ്പാടിന്റെകാർമ്മികത്വത്തിൽ 2014നവംബർ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തി. വാസ്തു വിദഗ്ദ്ധൻ ശ്രീ ചെറുവള്ളി നാരായണൻ നമ്പൂതിരിപ്പാട് വിശദമായ പ്ലാനും ഒരുകോടി രൂപയോളം മതിപ്പുചിലവുവിവരങ്ങളുംനൽകിയിരുന്നു.
തുടർന്ന് വാസ്തു വിദഗ്ദ്ധൻ ശ്രീമാൻ വടക്കന്തറ കൃഷ്ണൻ എമ്പ്രാന്തിരിപ്പാടിന്റെമേൽനോട്ടത്തിൽശ്രീകോവിൽ നവീകരണം പൂർത്തിയാക്കി. ചുറ്റമ്പലം, നടപ്പന്തൽ, കൊടിമരം എന്നിവ നവീകരിക്കുവാനുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തികൾ നടന്നുവരുന്നു.അഷ്ടബന്ധനവീകരണകലശം (കുംഭാഭിഷേകം) 25-06-2017 (1192 മിഥുനമാസം 11) ഞായറാഴ്ച നടത്താൻ നിശ്ചയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു
നവീകരണ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളും യാഗങ്ങളും നടത്തുന്നതിനായി ഭക്തജനങ്ങൾസാമ്പത്തിക സഹായവും മറ്റു സഹകരണങ്ങളും അകമഴിഞ്ഞ്നൽകി, ദേവി കടാക്ഷത്തിനു പാത്രീഭൂതരാവണമെന്നുവിനീതമായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു

TEMPLE RENOVATION PROGRAMME
In 2014 August,Ashtamangalyaprasnam was conducted led by the Astrological Wizard Thamarasseri Sri. Vinod Panicker in the presence of devotees and the members of the lordly family. Many shortcomings were identified during the Prasnam including the damages happened due to improper maintenance of the Sanctum Sanctorum (Shree Kovil), the Temple Building (Nalambalam), Sacred Pond, Flag Pole (Kodimaram), Kitchen (Thidappalli) etc.
Subsequently, the prescribed repentanceHomams / Kriyas were performed by the Temple ThantriThantrarathnam Shri Andaladi Parameswaran Namboothiripad at the temple in November, 2014.
Vasthu expert Shri
Cheruvally Narayanan Nambothirippadu has submitted a detailed plan and an estimate of around one crore rupees for the proposed renovation program.
Under the guidance of Vastu Expert Vadakkanthara Shri Krishnan embranthiripadReconstruction of the ShreeKovil is completed and rest of therenovation of Chuttambalam work is in progress.All the devotees are earnestly requested to contribute to your might and capacity and be blessed in full by the Shri Kottukulangara Bhagavathy
